Photo Shoot

I had fun using my SLR film camera to take pictures of the girls.

I then took my favorite ones and turned them sepia toned and had an 8x10 printed to hang above our entertainment center.  

Oregon Coast Beach

We took a day trip to the beach and enjoyed the sand, water, and a beautiful sunset.

Root Horse Farm-OMA Playdate

We had a great time visiting the horses and playing with all our friends.

Play date with Austin Root

What a fun day we had with Austin Root.  We went to his house and played in his swimming pool.  We had fun blowing bubbles and getting wet.

First Family Camping Trip-July 10-12

For our first family camping trip we decided to head to Newport, Oregon.  We stayed in a yurt.  It was a lot of fun...The girls enjoyed roasting marshmallows and hanging out by the campfire.

After getting settled into the Yurt, we headed to Rogue for dinner.

After dinner we built a campfire and roasted marshmallows for s'mores.

We also visited the Oregon Coast Aquarium for the first time while down in Newport.  The girls enjoyed the sea lions, sea otters, and all the fishes.  

We did a little Geocaching at the coast as well...We walked and walked and walked.  

Lauren got a little tired.

Our last morning

The night before we left...Emily got attacked by a mosquito and swelled up really big on her face from the bite.
