Emily wasn't feeling very well. For many years we have had Chinese food for Christmas Eve. Due to Emily's gluten allergy, we have had to get more strict in the last few years. So, we now attempt to make it ourselves instead of getting take out. When Scott and I went to the Gluten Free Food Fest in September, we were able to try lots of different foods, including some Chinese food. We know we wanted to get some of it and serve it for Christmas Eve dinner.
