Last year my grandparents decided to sell a lot of their belongings including their cars and buy a big truck and a 5th wheel. They travel down to Arizona for eight months of the year. For the first year they were not sure whether or not they would like it so they kept a medium sized storage unit of stuff in their hometown of Canby. This year they decided they liked the traveling, so my mom, sister, and I went to their storage unit with them for a week every day and we cleared out and priced the items for a garage sale at our house. We used this as an opportunity to also clean out a bunch of our stuff. The end result was a mega multi-family garage sale with so much stuff that it didn't all fit on our driveway.

The morning of the garage sale my mom and I woke up early and started setting up. Around 7am it began to rain and we scrambled to put everything back in the boxes and all the tables away. We went inside and decided to just have a one day sale. Then around 9:45, the clouds broke and the sun was shining, After much consideration we decided to go through with the sale that day and we drove around putting up signs. We then drove home as fast as we could throwing up tables and putting things on them as people had already started to show up and there was nothing on our driveway! We quickly got everything up and then my mom spent the rest of the day fixing things while I ran the register.

This is my cousins dog Patches who is also Shadow's half brother. My cousins were in Hawaii and my grandparents were watching him the day of the sale so he got to hang out at our house with Shadow on Saturday.
After the sale Shadow was very tired and took a nice long nap.
