The school counselor set up career day for 3rd and 4th grade. She lined up speakers to come talk to the students. The speakers rotated through the classrooms. Someone came from Dutch Bros in McMinnville, a nurse from a cancer center, someone from a non-profit home building company, and Mr. Bixler. Mr. Bixler is a 4/5 teacher and also our tech guy at Dayton Grade School. I think the students enjoyed his visit the most because he brought in old computers and the students got to "tinker" with them. The photos below show them "tinkering."
After school I came home and was working on grading papers. I think Shadow missed me.
